Crystal Pines Silver Lining

"Misty"

Sire:   Pride 'N Joy Winter Mist
Dam:    Pride 'N Joy Nutmet Treat

7-11-85  to  2-19-99

This page is dedicated to Misty. She is one of the most delightful Collies we have ever known or been owned by. She has been the live-in Grandmother to all of our puppies, companion for my granddaughter and official inspector of all visitors. While I wouldn't recommend this temperament for just anyone, it is the reason she is so dear. She was a very demanding presence in our home. As the years  crept up on her, she slowed down. However at bedtime she demanded a "cookie" and the performance  was nothing short of amazing as she cavorted like a twelve week old pup instead of the old girl. Just the night before she left us, she had the audacity to steal a cookie from one of our other house dogs, while on her way to bed. As I have done so many times, I thank Joanne Gray of Crystal Pines Collies for this most treasured of companions. We will miss her so very much.
